Not A Good Day

I woke up this morning with a headache and congested nose...actually, it's not just congested. I think I may have sinusitis. My nose, mouth, and throat are all aching.. I felt so sluggish the entire day. I took all the possible medications...natural, herbal, cold meds...you name it...I tried it all because I was so desperate to vanish my discomfort. I can't be uncomfortable in this situation. I have responsibilities that are non-negotiable. It's a commitment that I can't abandon. Nevertheless, I still went through with my daily routine and managed to finish a few chores.

Late afternoon, I received a private message in Facebook from my sister-in-law. The message made me so upset. The news, was nothing new to our family. The scenario that was foretold, was so similar to my younger years... But still, it's sooo upsetting to hear it.. Same old problem... It never gets old..it affected me so much. I felt so stressed.
